Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It preserves the unique patterns and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These marks are not defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations or scratches may occur, which are considered normal unless the leather surface is damaged. In our respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid minor imperfections, except for significant damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product may not be as flawless as machine-produced items, but it possesses a distinct warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and usage, the leather will develop its own character through scratches and a natural patina, gradually creating a unique appearance that is characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather and contributes to the charm of each piece. ► Color Firstly, screen displays can have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide can result in color discrepancies due to varying absorption rates. Colors will not be consistent between repeat orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. ► About Customization This item is "Made to Order" with customization. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, you agree to have the "stitching color" selected by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (finished products cannot have stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" are not eligible for a grace period. Returns or exchanges are also not accepted.
