Since only the wool shrinks and the silk does not, it has a puffy texture, and the colors of the warp and weft combine to create a deep color. The total number of warp yarns is 464, which is a fine density, and the single-twisted silk threads are semi-kneaded (refined) and dyed, so it has a smooth texture unlike silk that is stiff.
