Will they cause allergies? A: Our earring posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper." Unlike the nickel-chromium alloys commonly found in mass-produced jewelry, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, thus avoiding allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still get an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing the earrings, it may be due to: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that may easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear allergies, and the earring post material is rarely the sole cause. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital to clarify the specific cause and protect both parties' rights. Since we started making jewelry in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions. Can they be converted later? What's the cost? A: Yes, they can! 😊 We offer basic after-sales service: "Ear post to clip-on (Free)" "Clip-on to ear post (Free)" Simply send the item back to us, and include $35 NTD for return postage or cash. ⚠️ Items will not be shipped back without the return postage or cash included. Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Acrylic is not currently capable of producing such intricate designs. These are all handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid weather, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (such as humidity, rain, and sweat), but we recommend removing them during activities like showering, swimming, or hot spring bathing. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long after ordering will it take to ship? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays (No shipping, as we are at market events) As we participate in markets and events, and the post office does not deliver on weekends, we ship orders between Monday and Friday. All accessories are made to order.
