[Brand Story] The everyday object we commonly encounter, the "vessel," is often confined to its functional role in specific settings. However, people tend to overlook the sculptural value of a plate’s rim, a teapot’s spout, or a cup’s handle. We aim to highlight these aesthetic qualities. Our ultimate goal is to bring this sculptural beauty closer to daily life. By reinterpreting the inherent characteristics of ceramics as "vessels (器)", we strive to expand the boundaries of ceramic design, presenting a new artistic world where ceramics are not only used but also visually appreciated in innovative ways. [Description] The Cutlery Series began with an old set of cutlery discovered at a small flea market in London. Bearing the marks of time and untold stories, these utensils have been reinterpreted through my own sensibility, transforming into pieces that can be placed directly on a plate, mounted as an art wall, or even crafted into lighting fixtures. One of the key works in this series, the tableware piece, encapsulates the sculptural beauty of cutlery placed on a plate. It symbolizes the remnants of a meal—the echoes of ‘who sat with whom’ and ‘what stories were shared’ at the table, turning a fleeting moment into a lasting memory. This is not just a plate; it is a vessel for shared experiences, a piece that enriches the everyday dining table by capturing the essence of time spent together.
