Registration Notes ▼ Please ensure your email address is correct. Await organizer's review after registration. ▼ Upon approval, a payment notification will be emailed. Failure to pay within 3 days will result in cancellation. ▼ After payment, an event pre-notification will be sent 3 days before the event. ▼ If you do not receive the payment or pre-notification, please contact us via LINE (link at the bottom right of the official website). ▼ If unable to attend on the event day, please inform us by phone. No-shows will be blacklisted. ▼ Please provide truthful identity information during registration. Any falsification will be your legal responsibility. Safety Assurance ● Upon check-in, ID verification will be conducted. Those without ID, impersonating others, or found to be non-single will forfeit their participation and registration fee. (Real-name verification) ● Men will be required to present work identification or proof of employment before the event to verify eligibility. (Anonymous participation) ● You can specify individuals you prefer not to meet (e.g., colleagues) in the remarks section during registration; we will assist in avoiding their presence at the same event. ● Personal information will not be disclosed during the event to ensure privacy. Other Notes I. Cancellation Policy: ▼ Cancellations notified 7 days prior to the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund. ▼ Cancellations notified between 6 and 4 days prior to the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund. ▼ Cancellations made 3 days prior to or on the event day are not accepted and are non-refundable. ▼ If participation is terminated due to reasons beyond the organizer's control during the event, no refund will be issued. ▼ In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), postponement or refunds will be arranged proactively. ▼ If the event is canceled due to the organizer's reasons, a full refund will be issued. II. Date or Event Changes: ▼ Changes to date or event can be made up to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). This option is limited to one change. ▼ If there is a price difference after changing the date or event, the difference will be refunded or charged accordingly. ▼ No cancellations are accepted after a date or event change has been made. ▼ Date changes are not accepted 3 days prior to or on the event day.
