The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop site. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow for production time. If you require the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for existing stock or availability for expedited production. Items processed by the factory require a longer lead time. Factory-processed items include: wax carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
