Please provide a clear, front-facing photo of the "child's original drawing." A direct photograph is sufficient. File size should ideally be under 2MB. 5. The designer will provide a quote based on the artwork's complexity. Once confirmed, please place your order according to the amount quoted. 6. After payment is completed, the designer will confirm the customization details via message. Production will commence three days later, and orders cannot be canceled. 7. If you wish to modify the customization details after order confirmation, and the item has been produced but not yet fired, a fee of 50% of the product price will apply for changes. If the item has already been fired, modifications are not possible. 8. This product will be directly hand-painted onto the bowl or plate according to the drawing. Draft previews and modifications are not available. 9. This product is handmade and takes an average of 20 working days to produce.
