【Customization method】
1. Please do not place an order for this custom product in advance. Please provide a photo of your child's drawing first, and we will provide a quote based on the complexity of the drawing.
2. Since this product is hand-painted with ceramic glaze, watercolors and over-rendered or over-colored pictures cannot be produced. It is recommended to choose pictures composed of lines and blocks of color.
3. How to upload pictures: Click "Contact Designer" > click "+Send Picture" to send your picture and leave a message about the style, quantity and customization requirements of the plate you choose.
4. Please provide a front-facing photo of your child's drawing. The file size is recommended to be within 2Mb.
5. The designer will make an estimate based on the complexity of the pattern. After confirmation, please place an order and pay according to the amount we give you.
6. After payment is completed, the designer will send a message to confirm the customized content and arrange production within three days. The order cannot be cancelled.
7. After the order is confirmed, if you want to modify the customized content, if it has been produced but not fired, you need to pay 1/2 of the product cost to change the order. If it has been fired, the customized content cannot be changed.
8. This product will be directly drawn on the bowl or plate according to the picture content. We are unable to provide sketch confirmation and modification.
9. This product is hand-painted and takes an average of 20 working days to produce. The delivery time will be determined by the kiln firing time. Please refer to the product announcement for the delivery time. When placing an order, please confirm whether the delivery time is acceptable.
10. This product is hand-painted, not digitally printed, and the ceramic glaze used may not be able to replicate the child's brush color and brushstrokes 100%, so there will still be a slight difference between the painting and the finished product. If you agree to the above, please place an order.
