As this product is hand-painted with ceramic glazes, artworks that are overly watercolor-heavy, heavily blended, or layered may not be suitable for production. We recommend selecting drawings composed of clear lines and distinct color blocks. 3. How to upload your image: Click "Contact Designer" > Select "Send Image" to upload your picture, and leave a message specifying your chosen plate style, quantity, and customization requirements. 4. Please provide a clear, front-facing photo of the child's original artwork. A direct scan or photo is ideal. Recommended file size is within 2MB. 5. The designer will provide a quote based on the artwork's complexity. Once confirmed, please place your order and make the payment according to the amount provided. 6. After payment is completed, the designer will confirm the customization details via message. Production will commence three days later. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. 7. If you wish to modify the customization details after order confirmation, and the item has been made but not yet fired, a fee of 50% of the product's cost will apply for changes. If the item has already been fired, no modifications can be made. 8. This product will be directly hand-painted onto the bowl or plate according to the drawing's content. Drafts for confirmation or modification will not be provided. 9. This product is hand-painted. The average production time is 20 working days. Shipping times will depend on the kiln firing schedule. Please refer to the product announcement for shipping estimates. Confirm that the estimated shipping time is acceptable before placing your order. 10. This product is hand-painted, not digitally printed. The ceramic glazes used may not perfectly replicate the exact colors and brushstrokes of a child's drawing. Therefore, there may be very slight differences between the original artwork and the finished product.
