3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and seat availability.
4. Material preparation requires 3 days' advance booking after order payment.
5. ART64 Design Store can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-formatted invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, rescheduling or refunds will be proactively arranged.
