1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification" email.
2. For laser-engraved items, please specify your desired engraving content in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your selection.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store representative from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm the reservation date and availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance as materials need to be prepared after payment.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
