｜About GAO GANG｜
GAO GANG was officially established in 2022. The founder’s father founded Taiwan’s first Stainless Steel factory in 1973. In order to continue its heritage and mission, it was not content with engaging in pure production and manufacturing and decided to expand into new business areas and professional technologies. Gao Gang uses the warmth of his hands to combine the ancient chain maille craft with self-produced Stainless Steel materials into his designs.
In order to let more people know about the ancient chain maille craft, we have specially designed an interest experience class so that people who are learning about this craft for the first time can easily complete handmade jewelry and Stainless Steel knowledge.
GAO GANG also provides original custom-designed products such as light jewelry/accessories, clothing and accessories, cultural and creative products, etc.
【Course Objective】Understand the ancient chain maille technique and learn the production process to complete your own unique handmade work. In the carefully designed interest experience class course, students learn the basic techniques of chain maille. In addition to being able to complete the work independently, they can also learn about the ancient craftsmanship and actually experience and enjoy the fun of making jewelry by themselves. We have developed interest experiences, advanced interest classes, certification classes, teacher training classes, etc. If you want to create life value, heal your soul, and experience a different life, you are welcome to join the Steel Academy!
[Course Features] Experience the fun of handcrafting in a relaxed environment. The course mainly uses 316 Stainless Steel materials. Although Stainless Steel steel is more difficult to operate than other metals, its anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and rust-proof properties, easy to clean, and non-allergic properties make it a new material that is currently favored by many well-known brands. The craftsmanship experienced in this course is the chain maille craftsmanship commonly seen in European and American museums. We have used professional research and development to simplify the complicated production process so that everyone can easily experience making their own accessories.

When you place an order to purchase the GAO GANG metalworking experience course, it is deemed that you have "complied" with the GAO GANG precautions and regulations. Please read and respect the lateness/reschedule/refund regulations carefully before placing an order to avoid affecting your own rights.
Those who have not purchased the ticket are not allowed to participate in the experience or accompany you!
During the experience course, you will be helped to take side photos and record them, which will be shared publicly on social media later. If you do not agree to the photos being made public, please inform us in advance.
【Regulations on late arrival, rescheduling and cancellation】
✦︎ About being late
Please arrive at the studio 10 minutes early. If you cannot arrive on time, please call us in advance.
The course will start on time as scheduled to ensure that you can finish the get out of class on time
In order to have a complete experience, please be sure to plan your route and time in advance!
✦︎ About rescheduling
Free rescheduling once, must notify at least 3 days before class
If you do not notify us in advance, a $300/time rescheduling fee will be charged
If you cancel the course after rescheduling, the deposit/rescheduling fee will not be refunded
✦︎ About Cancellation
Please inform us as soon as possible if you cancel the course due to personal reasons
You can apply for a refund of the deposit if you notify us within 7 days of the class.
Cancellation due to lateness or other reasons on the day will not be accepted
In case of force majeure such as typhoons, the government announcement will prevail and GAO GANG will take the initiative to inquire about rescheduling or refunding.
