【Order Process】
Regardless of whether you have completed the order and payment, you are welcome to contact me to inquire about the details of the customized portrait, because the most important thing is to buy what you like and meet your needs. 😌
1. After placing the order, please send me multiple clear photos
2. Please provide the content you want to order (such as: color or action)
3. After the two sides discuss, they will start to draw the draft
4. The draft confirms that there is no problem and will be drawn
5. After the drawing is completed, the drawing will be sent to you via email
When confirming the draft, you will have a chance to modify it for free. If you need to modify it twice or more, you will be charged a fee ranging from NT$100-$200.
If you need to "add items", such as lace, special clothing or accessories, or "add complete background patterns", such as the entrance of a bakery, specific attractions, etc., please contact the designer to discuss and inquire about additional charges.
I am not a full-time designer, I still have other full-time jobs during the day, so I will use off work hours and weekends to make or draw. Therefore, it takes 25-30 working days (excluding weekends or holidays) to draw pets like Yanhui. You can wait and place an order again, thank you.😊
