This one-handle clasp bag features a refined “parent-and-child” clasp design, with a smaller clasp purse nestled inside a larger outer clasp. The clasp hardware used for this bag was originally featured on the runway of the Paris Collection over twenty years ago by a designer proudly representing Japan. Now no longer in production, these exceptionally rare dead-stock clasps have been specially entrusted to us by a small number of skilled Japanese artisans. As a result, only a very limited quantity can be produced. The body of the bag is crafted from Japanese-made genuine shrink leather, showcasing the natural grain and wrinkles unique to cowhide. Soft to the touch and resistant to visible scratches, this high-quality leather is meticulously finished by artisans whose craftsmanship has become increasingly rare in Japan. The inner clasp pocket is perfectly sized for storing small daily essentials such as lipsticks. Finished with a mini clasp charm, the bag balances elegance with a subtle sense of playfulness. Color transfer or fading may occur due to moisture, perspiration, or friction. If the leather becomes wet, gently blot it immediately with a soft cloth and allow it to air-dry in the shade. Avoid storing in direct sunlight or in high-temperature, high-humidity environments, as this may cause discoloration or deformation. Natural wrinkles, color variations, and vein marks are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and should be appreciated as part of its unique character.
