・Participants: 6-15 people per session (minimum for class to commence: 6 people)
・Includes: Workshop experience, one A4-sized alcohol ink artwork (framed), gift bag
・Course Notes: As the art materials contain alcohol and oil-based components, wearing a mask and dark clothing is recommended.
・Location: 5F, No. 524, Mingcheng 2nd Road, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City (xiabenhow Kaohsiung Workshop)
・Transportation: Take the Red Line MRT to "Aozihdi Station," Exit 3. Walk straight along 博愛二路 (Bo'ai 2nd Road) for about 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "路易奇電力公司 高雄場" (Luigi Electric Company Kaohsiung Branch) across the street. The entrance to the workshop is next to "睦 MARS 創客太空站" (MARS Makerspace). Go straight to the end of the corridor and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

▶ Important Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and payment, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical ticket will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not paid for will be considered unsuccessful registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If unable to attend or wishing to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
. According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests made sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total tuition fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests made between fifty-nine and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total tuition fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests made between seven and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total tuition fee will be refunded.
. Rescheduling is permitted within 2 months of the original class date; please proactively inform us of your chosen new date. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot coordinate a new date, please opt for a refund.
. For cancellations on the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted as workshop materials and venue arrangements will have already been made. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their registration.
. To ensure the rights of other participants, those arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their registration.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account name and number. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this activity.
・Only registered ticket holders are permitted to participate. Accompanying individuals who have not purchased a ticket are not allowed to participate unless it is a child who requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where a parent and child wish to participate together. In such instances, please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days prior to the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the activity. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid lateness.
・No outside food or beverages are allowed in the workshop. This class includes self-serve complimentary black tea or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event recaps or other recruitment and promotional activities by the organizer in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
