⁍ A deposit-based system applies; placing an order secures your reservation. The remaining balance is to be settled upon arrival before the session begins.

Laser engraving offers precision and intricate detail, providing a more refined and consistent finish than traditional hand-stamping; it is ideal for custom designs requiring multiple languages or complex patterns. We offer a selection of 10 standard fonts (supporting Chinese and English), as well as support for various international languages, numbers, and common symbols. You are also welcome to provide your own designs—such as fingerprints, handwritten text or drawings, or unique scripts/fonts—which we will arrange to engrave onto the ring following the workshop.

⁍ Before placing an order, feel free to message us via the design shop's chat function to check availability; bookings are subject to the current schedule. Please review the course cancellation policy detailed below.
⁍ For certain designs, we offer optional add-on services such as laser engraving and electroplating; you are welcome to discuss these options with us on-site.
⁍ If you need to reschedule after booking, please notify us **at least five days in advance**; rescheduling is permitted only once.
⁍ Please arrive on time. To ensure the smooth running of the workshop and to protect your own interests, please avoid being late. **Failure to notify us and arriving more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a forfeiture of the session; no refund will be issued.**
⁍ In the event of force majeure (e.g., typhoons, pandemic-related restrictions, earthquakes), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the course content and will notify you via Pinkoi messages.

⁍ **Course Cancellation Policy**
.a. Cancellation requests made 7 days or more before the scheduled course: Full refund of the course fee.
.b. Cancellation requests made 3 to 6 days before the scheduled course: 70% refund of the course fee.
.c. Cancellation requests not meeting the above criteria: 50% refund of the course fee.
