⁍ The fee includes material costs, guided instruction, and the use of studio tools and space.
⁍ A deposit is required to secure your booking. Placing an order signifies your payment of the "reservation deposit." The remaining balance will be settled on-site before the class begins.
⁍ If you wish to select a design on-site, please place an order for "**On-site Selection**" to reserve your spot.
⁍ On the day of your experience, you can try on and compare different designs and widths, and finalize your design on-site.
⁍ Upgrades for materials, ring width, or additional services (such as plating, laser engraving, or casting in K gold) can be arranged on-site with an additional payment.

Laser engraving offers precise and delicate lettering and patterns, providing a more refined and stable finish compared to stamping. It's ideal for custom requests requiring diverse languages and intricate designs. We offer 10 existing fonts in both Chinese and English for you to choose from, supporting multiple languages, numbers, and common symbols. You're welcome to bring your own designs, such as fingerprints, handwritten notes or drawings, or special languages or fonts. We'll assist you in discussing and arranging these after the class, and engrave them onto your ring.

⁍ Before placing an order, you can inquire about appointment availability via the design hall's chatroom. Availability will be based on the current schedule. Please refer to the detailed information below regarding the course cancellation policy.
⁍ Some styles in our studio offer additional services like laser engraving and plating for an extra charge. Feel free to discuss these options on-site.
⁍ If you need to reschedule after booking, please notify us **at least five days in advance**. Only one rescheduling is permitted.
⁍ Please arrive on time. To ensure the smooth progression of the experience, punctuality is essential to avoid disrupting the class and affecting your own rights. **Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more without prior notification will be considered a forfeiture of the class, with no refund.**
⁍ In the event of force majeure (e.g., typhoons, pandemics, earthquakes), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the course content. We will proactively notify you via Pinkoi messages.

⁍ **Course Cancellation and Refund Mechanism**
.a. Cancellations requested seven days prior to the course date are eligible for a full refund.
.b. Cancellations requested six to three days prior to the course date will receive a 70% refund of the course fee.
.c. Cancellations not meeting the above conditions will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.
.d. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more without prior notification will be considered a forfeiture of the class, with no refund.
