Print Card, Fishing in Reclusion Among Mountains and Streams - Posters - Paper Khaki

Product Description

Collection description Tang Yin (1470-1523 AD) was a native of Wu (now Suzhou, Jiangsu). The courtesy name is Ziwei, the first character is Bohu, and the nickname is Liuru. His nature is sparse and unruly. During the Wuwu period of Hongzhi's reign, the painter Zhou Chen passed by Nanjing. He is one of the four great masters of Ming Dynasty. This scroll depicts pine trees, yellow maple leaves, waterfalls and springs, and thatched cottages and waterside pavilions scattered among the rocks on the stream bank. The characters may sit on their knees and have a drink, walk leisurely with a walking stick, lean on the railing to watch fishing, or play the flute and wash their feet. The mountain is made of linen and cut with water axes, and the rocks are dyed with azurite and ink stains. The sun-exposed side is white, showing the concave and convex light and dark, and full of three-dimensional effect. The leaves are painted using the clip-leaf method, and are dyed with cyan, cinnabar, and garcinia to create bright colors. The whole volume is exquisite and has a better artistic conception. The scroll is titled "Heroes are lazy in peacetime", expressing the feeling that heroes are full of ambition but have no place to perform. Lu Zhi, Cheng Dalun, Gu Deyu, and Ju Jie who wrote the trailing inscriptions and postscripts were all disciples of Wen Zhengming. There is also a postscript written by Wang Chong in the spring of the second year of Jiajing (1523 AD).
