Ensure the product is fully dry before putting it away. 【Important Notes】 - The product is made through an adhesion process and is not recommended for direct washing (immersion in water), as this may shorten its lifespan. - Do not expose to direct sunlight or high-temperature environments, as this may accelerate material aging, cause deformation, or damage. - Do not use strong acidic or alkaline cleaning agents, or wash the mat in a washing machine. - Minor pores, indentations, or slight color variations may occur due to the foaming process and different production batches. These are normal occurrences, not defects, and do not affect normal use. - A slight odor may be noticeable upon opening the package. It is recommended to place the mat in a cool, ventilated area, where the smell will naturally dissipate. - We have made every effort to display the product colors accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences. Please refer to the actual product. - All items are inspected before shipping. Home Delivery (Hsinchu Logistics): For in-stock items, orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. Delivery takes 1-3 business days. Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Saturday (no deliveries on Sundays). You may leave a note with your preferred delivery date and time, which will be communicated to the logistics company. Delivery is subject to the actual delivery schedule of the carrier; nighttime delivery and carrying items upstairs are not provided. Please monitor your delivery time and be aware that the driver may call you to coordinate, to avoid missing your package. 2. Home Delivery (Post Office): For special circumstances (e.g., outlying islands) or locations with specific shipping charges (e.g., mountainous areas, schools), items will be sent via postal mail without prior notice. 3. Convenience Store Pickup (7-11 / FamilyMart) **Limit of 16 items per order** - For in-stock items, orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. - Delivery is expected within approximately 2-4 business days after shipment.
