The greatest feature of this Kutani-yaki is the splendor of the overglaze colored decoration called Iroe-soushoku. The brilliance and profoundness of the overglaze painting based on the vivid five colors of red, yellow, greenish blue, ultramarine and purple called Kutani Gosai, and magnificent and powerful paint brush work have no second in the porcelain art. Also, it will show unlimited variety of colors by mixing them. Additionally, Kutani-yaki is not only in categories of dining ware or home tools, but also one of the greatest porcelain décor art as the world of hobby collection or arts and crafts such as Shishi (lion), Komainu (guardian dog), Maneki-neko (a welcoming cat) and Ohinasama (dolls for girl’s festival in Japan). We’ve finished producing with a gorgeous and great work using our fabulous Kutani colors and highly skills from the technique of manufacturing décor art.
