1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email".
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from the workshop location contacts you to confirm your chosen date and availability.
4. As materials need to be prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides standard unified invoices. If you require a company-specific invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
