**Recipe & flavour** **Recipe:** Our Spiced Fruit Cake is made with pure British butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous apricots, tangy orange and lemon peel, orange oil, and plenty of spices: cinnamon, coriander, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, and cloves. **Flavour:** Deliciously rich, dark, moist and spicy. The apricots add an extra special taste; the orange oil and orange peel give a citrus zing, but not too strong, still allowing the full flavour of the vine fruits to come through. **Presentation** Packaged in a beautiful vintage-inspired keepsake tin, exclusive to Buckingham Cakes, decorated with a specially commissioned design in embossed Victorian style. 130mm diameter and 80mm high. **Shelf Life & Storage** 18 months. Ambient. Very resilient to long shipping times and different climates. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate.
