While it may look very different from our previous business styles, it's a direction we've always wanted to explore. For the upper, we've maintained our local handcrafted stitching and selected robust Taiwanese leather. However, to differentiate it from our previous business series, we specifically sought out leather with a thicker substance and a more textured finish. This is paired with a rounder last to better align with the fundamental characteristics of casual footwear. Regarding the sole, we've moved away from the heel-sole format used uniformly before. We've opted for a lighter, yet still wear-resistant, special rubber, developed with a flat sole design akin to sneakers. To ensure overall balance, you'll notice the sole is designed to be thinner at the front and thicker at the back, providing enhanced cushioning and protection to the heel, which bears greater force.
