"High Noon Water" refers to water collected on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, precisely at noon (11 AM to 1 PM), the time of strongest Yang energy in the year. This "High Noon Water" is traditionally believed to ward off bad luck, repel evil spirits, and is also known as "Ultimate Yang Water."
