▶ Ticket Sales Policy
1. Upon placing an order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field after confirming the engraving content.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the reservation date and availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials need to be prepared after payment.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a standard invoice receipt. If you require a company receipt with a Tax Identification Number (TIN), please provide the company name and TIN in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
