2. If you opt for the laser engraving option, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving details.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. Materials will be prepared after your order is placed and paid for. Please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides official invoice receipts. If you require a company invoice with a unified tax number, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged proactively.
