Select the Perfect Photo: The beauty of the final product depends on the quality of your photo. Please choose a high-resolution image where the subject's face is clear, lighting is ample, and colors are well-balanced. Screenshots, dimly lit, or out-of-focus photos are strongly discouraged to ensure optimal printing results. 2. Upload Your Image: Please send your original photo file via message or email. 3. Choose Your Background Color: Select your preferred background color. We particularly recommend a "one side white/light, one side colored" combination for a layered and sophisticated look. 4. Optional Personalization/Accessories: Please inform us if you wish to add small embellishments (e.g., cute blush, a personalized name tag). If not communicated before design confirmation, the product will be made with the original image after background removal. 5. Revision Limit: To ensure efficient production, one complimentary revision for background color or minor adjustments is included. Subsequent modifications will incur an additional fee. 6. Design Confirmation: Once the design is complete, we will provide a mock-up for your review. Production will commence upon your confirmation. 7. Production Time: Custom orders typically require 10-20 business days for production (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you have an urgent deadline for a special occasion, please communicate this with us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. ⚠️ Purchase Notice (Important Information) 1. No Returns/Exchanges for Custom Orders: All items are custom-made to individual preferences and are therefore exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period as stipulated by consumer protection laws. With the exception of significant defects, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, color discrepancies, or size mismatches. Screen Color Variation & Printing Limitations: Some color variation (10%-15%) between screen display and printed fabric is within a reasonable range. Additionally, the sharpness of lines in fabric printing may not be as perfect as on paper. Minor color variations and slight bleeding are not considered product defects. Please consider this carefully before purchasing if you are seeking absolute perfection. 3. Cancellation & Change Policy: Once you provide your photo, we begin the production process. Order cancellations or refunds are not possible. (A design fee of NT$300 per image will apply if you wish to change the photo after providing it, but before printing commences.) 4. Size Tolerance: The pillow shape will be derived from the cut-out silhouette of your photo. Due to the cutting and sewing process, a reasonable manual error of 3-5cm in the final product dimensions may occur. 5. Photo Copyright: Please ensure you have legal authorization or own the copyright for the photos you provide. The buyer assumes all legal responsibility for any copyright disputes involving celebrities, anime characters, or other protected intellectual property. 6. Production Notes: Each pillow is meticulously designed by our team. We carefully retouch images, preserving fine details and textures as much as possible, while optimizing colors and shadows for the highest quality visual presentation.
