Each batch may have slight color variations. Natural leather may exhibit inherent markings from the animal, such as minor scratches, wrinkles, or variations in texture, which are all normal characteristics of genuine leather. Just as humans are not perfect, neither are cows. The handmade process may leave subtle traces and minor variations, which contribute to the unique warmth and character of handcrafted items. These are not considered quality issues. Please consider this carefully before purchasing if you are concerned. To maintain the leather and hardware, avoid using alcohol or chemical solvents for cleaning, as they can cause the leather to fade and damage the protective plating on the hardware. Color variations may occur due to differences in shooting environments, lighting, and display settings on computers or mobile devices. The actual product is the standard. We appreciate your understanding. Customized items, such as those with hot-stamped text, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items fall under a special category and are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period regulations. ◾️ Leather Care If the leather gets wet, gently pat it dry with a clean cloth or paper towel and allow it to air dry in a cool place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause the leather to age and fade. Avoid storing the leather in high-humidity environments for extended periods, as this can lead to mold growth. When not in use for a long time, store it in a dust bag. For general maintenance, gently wipe the leather surface with a dry cloth to remove dust. Then, apply a thin layer of leather care oil to the surface.
