The shoe upper takes cues from the deer's antlers, while the sole mimics the shape of the deer's hoof. The shoes are collaboratively designed and produced by the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Pou Chen Group, and INF. They utilize high-performance, low-carbon, and recyclable thermoplastic elastomer materials, crafted using 3D printing technology. The shoes feature rebound, shock absorption, and comfort, embodying the concepts of green energy design and sustainable fashion. |**Inspiration**| The collection drew inspiration from Kabuki culture, a group known for their extravagant attire and unconventional behavior during Japan's late Sengoku period. These individuals, referred to as "Kabukimono," shaped contemporary pop culture with their bold and unconventional lifestyle. Reflecting on the present, fashion continues to be driven by innovation and rebellion, INF wants to invite everyone to become modern-day Kabukimono. The clothing structure draws on traditional Japanese silhouettes, such as haori, hakama, and jinbei, as the foundation, and deconstructs them with modern pieces like suits and shirts. Designs like kimono bomber jackets and jinbei suits strike a perfect balance between vintage and innovation. In line with INF’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, the collection uses the highest-quality materials and tailored designs, allowing the garments to adapt to various occasions, reducing waste and fashion excess.
