These are normal phenomena inherent to the safe manufacturing process and are not considered defects. - The LOGO is created by laser energy at high temperatures, causing a natural color change on the pure titanium surface. It is not a coating or printing, ensuring safety and lasting aesthetic appeal. Additional Information: - Marks from high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with regular use. - Pinholes and minor scratches are normal occurrences that cannot be entirely avoided during the manufacturing process. - Water marks or stains remaining after washing are characteristic of titanium metal and are considered normal. 【Cleaning and Material Properties】 1. For the first wash, use a neutral detergent and rinse thoroughly. You can also wipe the surface several times with a paper towel dipped in cooking oil to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the manufacturing process. Afterward, wash with a neutral detergent. As food-grade oil is used for lubrication during stamping and no acid washing is performed, the presence of residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is part of our safe, non-toxic pure titanium manufacturing process, and the item can be safely scrubbed. 2. For burnt-on food or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the abrasive side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is brushed off, revealing the base metal, rest assured that it is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, free from harmful heavy metals, making it safe to scrub. 4. Do not soak the product in stain removers, hydrogen peroxide-based acidic cleaners, or sodium percarbonate detergents, as these can alter and irreversibly damage the titanium's color and luster. 【Material Properties】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and has low stress relaxation. When containers like lunch boxes, fresh-keeping boxes, or square pots are first steamed or cooked, or after washing, food stains or large purple-blue patches may appear. Even without heating, brown patches (not rust, as titanium does not rust) can appear after washing, which are inherent characteristics of the metal or changes caused by pre-firing. These do not affect safe use and will fade or disappear gradually with normal use over time. 2. Due to even lower stress relaxation in square shapes, color changes may be more pronounced, and brown patches may appear more readily. 3. Exposure to ovens at 250°C or above, or direct flame from a gas stove, may result in purple-blue color changes. These colors are permanent but do not affect safe use. 4. Large, flat surfaces may warp more easily when exposed to direct gas flame. 5. Titanium easily retains water marks, which is a characteristic of the metal. If this is a concern, dry the item immediately after washing to prevent water marks from affecting its appearance. 【Applicable Appliances】 **Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer is not suitable for heating.** Dish dryer - Applicable: If oils like olive oil are not washed off completely, blue-purple powder may appear after drying; this will disappear after cleaning. Dishwasher - Applicable: Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave water marks after washing, but this does not affect safety. Gas stove - Direct flame applicable: However, avoid dry burning; use low to medium heat. Electric cooker, Air fryer, Halogen oven, Ceramic hob - Applicable.
