Please select your preferred base foliage: "Taiwanese Cedarwood" or "Imported Noble Fir." Orders for the "Taiwanese Cedarwood" option will be shipped sequentially starting after November 5th. For the "Imported Noble Fir" option, fresh Noble Fir is expected to arrive in Taiwan around November 25th. Shipping will commence sequentially after arrival. If you have specific requirements for plant selection, decorative items, or color schemes, please discuss the details with us for a personalized custom order. Regarding Design and Arrangement: Each item is meticulously designed by our floral artists. The accessories and foliage are arranged by the designer based on the color scheme or style presented for each product. If you particularly admire a specific decorative item or detail, feel free to discuss it with us for a personalized custom order. In case of unavailability of specific decorative items, we will notify you before shipping for a substitution. Note: If your selected item includes a natural tree trunk, the designer will select the wood species based on what is available from our suppliers for the season; specific tree species and appearances cannot be specified. The LED string lights are battery-operated. Each string light is brand new; simply replace the batteries when they are depleted. Product Shipping Service: All items in our shop are custom-made to order after payment is completed. November and December are peak seasons for Christmas orders. If you have an urgent request, please note it separately and discuss shipping methods and times with us. We use Black Cat Express for shipping. Delivery days are Monday through Saturday. Please be attentive to calls from the delivery personnel to ensure prompt receipt of your Christmas items. For fresh series orders, please collect your package as soon as possible to allow the plants to breathe fresh air and maintain their beauty.
