1. Upon ordering, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your booking is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the reservation date and availability.
4. Due to material preparation, please book at least 3 days in advance after placing your order and completing payment.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a standard invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellations due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
