●Please read the following registration precautions carefully before registration. Once you register, it is deemed that you have read and agreed to the precautions and course regulations listed by the company.
●Dihua Half-Day Pottery Classroom reserves the right to revise the curriculum.
●Placing an order does not mean that the class will start. You will need to receive our notification to confirm that your registration is successful.
Application Process
1. Order / Registration
*The number of places is limited, and all courses are by appointment. Please make an order with Pinkoi first (reservation must be made 3 days in advance).
*The organizer will contact you within 3 days after you place your order to confirm the reservation details. If you do not receive a reply, please send a letter to notify the organizer. Please pay attention to Pinkoi internal messages or phone calls (02-2552-8081).
2. Confirm whether the course is successfully opened
0 The organizer will notify you whether the class will be held 3 days before the class day.
✖ If the class is full or not started, we will notify you of the class time.
3. Take the course
*Entry opens 5 minutes before class starts. Please check in on the 1st floor. In line with store opening hours, the earliest entry for the morning session is 10:00.
*In order for the course to proceed smoothly, please do not be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be allowed to enter, and you will not be able to get a refund or make up the class.
*For easier operation, please remember to trim your nails before class to avoid clay getting stuck in the nail crevices.
*Students with long hair can also tie their hair up before class to facilitate classroom operations.
*In order to protect the rights of students who have paid for the course and maintain the quality of the class, every student must register for the course before entering. Accompanied students who have not participated in the trial course will not be accepted. (This does not apply to children under 6 years old, but schoolchildren are only allowed to enter with one accompanying parent.)
*Students are requested to maintain the on-site environment and equipment. If any damage occurs, compensation will be required.
*Sometimes during the class, the organizer will take side shots as needed, and may upload them to social media or the official website later. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
4. Firing process
*【The process that the teacher will help you with after class】Correction → Drying → Unglazed firing → Glaze firing → Final confirmation. The entire process takes 4-6 weeks to complete.
*Clay and glaze are natural materials. The glaze color and shape may vary slightly due to high temperature. Pores, glaze flow or bumps, and small cracks are all normal phenomena. Please understand.
5. Finished product retrieval method
①Pick up by mail:
*The shipping fee for a single work is $180. If multiple works are sent to the same address, an additional $80 will be charged for each additional piece. The shipping fee must be paid in cash on the day of class. Our store ensures that the goods have been checked and provided in good packaging before shipment (in order to do our part for the earth, some of the packaging materials are second-hand), but we will not bear the risk of damage to the works due to multiple transfers or road upheavals during transportation. Our store will not be responsible for any damage or loss during transportation. Please understand.
**※Shipping costs for outlying islands and overseas areas are charged separately and must be paid on delivery or in advance on the day of the course.**
② Pick up at the store:
*Due to limited space in our store, please come to the classroom to pick up your work within 2 months after receiving the notification. Our store will no longer notify you individually after the deadline and will clear out the uncollected works on the shelves.
*After the work is notified for collection, our store will no longer be responsible for the storage of the work before you come to the store to collect it yourself (for example, if it is broken due to an earthquake, etc.), so please come to pick up the work as soon as possible.
●About extension/refund regulations
*If the course is postponed or refunded due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to assist.
*In the event of a typhoon, the class opening and refund standards will be based on the class suspension standards announced by our location (Taipei City) and your location.
*If you wish to cancel a course, please call or write to the organizer in advance so that we can arrange a seat for you. If you cancel a course within 5 working days before the class day (including the class day), no full refund will be given, but 70% of the course fee will be refunded (30% will be charged as administrative processing fee).
