● Please read the following registration notes carefully before signing up. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions and class regulations set forth by our company. ● Dadaocheng Pottery Studio reserves the right to amend the course content. ● Placing an order does not guarantee that the class will proceed. Your registration is confirmed only upon receiving our notification. Registration Process 1. Order / Registration * Limited spots are available, and all classes are by appointment only. Please place an order on Pinkoi to reserve your spot (reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance). * Within 3 days of placing your order, our coordinator will contact you to confirm the details of your reservation. If you do not receive a response, please email the coordinator to notify us. Kindly check your Pinkoi messages or call us at (02) 2552-8081. 2. Class Confirmation 〇 You will be notified by our coordinator whether the class will proceed at least 3 days before the scheduled date. ✖ If the class time is full or canceled, alternative dates will be offered. 3. Attending the Class * Admission begins 5 minutes before the class starts. Please check in on the first floor. In accordance with our store hours, the earliest morning entry is 10:00 AM. * To ensure the smooth progression of the class, please do not be late. Late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and are not eligible for refunds or make-up classes. * For ease of handling, please trim your fingernails before the class to prevent clay from getting stuck underneath. * Students with long hair are advised to tie their hair back before the class for comfortable participation. * To safeguard the rights of enrolled students and maintain class quality, all participants must be registered for the course. Companions not participating in the experience are not permitted. (Children under 6 are an exception, but only one accompanying parent is allowed per child.) * Students are requested to maintain the cleanliness of the studio environment and equipment. Any damage incurred will be charged at full replacement cost. * The organizer may conduct on-site photography for documentation purposes, and these images may be uploaded to social media or our official website. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or future promotional activities. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member on-site, and we will make the necessary arrangements. 4. Firing Process *【Post-Class Procedures Handled by the Instructor】: Correction → Drying → Bisque Firing → Glazing → Glaze Firing → Final Inspection. The entire process takes 4-6 weeks. * Clay and glazes are natural materials. Variations in glaze colors and shapes may occur due to high-temperature firing. Pores, glaze drips, bumps, or minor cracks are considered normal phenomena. Your understanding is appreciated. 5. Artwork Collection Methods 1. Mail Delivery: * The shipping fee for a single piece is NT$180. For multiple pieces sent to the same address, an additional NT$80 will be charged per extra item. Payment for shipping is due in cash on the day of the class. We ensure that all items are inspected and carefully packaged before dispatch (we utilize recycled packaging materials to contribute to environmental efforts). However, we are not liable for any damage or loss incurred during transit due to multiple transfers or rough handling. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. **※ Shipping fees for outlying islands and international destinations are calculated separately and can be paid upon delivery or in advance on the class day.** 2. In-Person Collection: * Due to limited space, please collect your finished work within 2 months of notification. After this period, we will no longer send individual reminders and unclaimed pieces will be cleared. * After notification of completion, our studio is not responsible for the safekeeping of your artwork prior to your collection (e.g., damage due to earthquakes). Please arrange for collection as soon as possible. ● Postponement/Refund Policy * In the event of natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, we will proactively contact you to arrange for postponement or a refund. * In case of typhoons, class cancellations and refunds will be determined based on the official work suspension announcements for Taipei City and your respective location. * If you wish to cancel your class, please call or email the coordinator in advance to allow us to adjust seating arrangements. Cancellations made within 5 working days prior to the class (including the day of the class) are not eligible for a full refund. A 70% refund will be issued, with a 30% charge for administrative processing.
