(7) Misalignment or imperfections at the pattern matching points of fabric pieces from different sections. (8) For ceramics/pottery: Bubbles <1mm; bumps <1mm; stains/paint splatters <2mm; cracks <2mm; color overflow <2x5mm. (9) Dimensions and prints: For dimensions under 100cm, an error of <3%; for dimensions over 100cm, an error of <5%. Due to the extensive manual processes involved in production, customers who are highly sensitive to precision in dimensions/colors should consider carefully before ordering. ★ By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in the shopping process description. Unless the product has a significant defect that was not previously disclosed, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Our company will distinguish between intentional human damage and product defects (for items like T-shirts or fabrics, once washed, worn, or used, returns or exchanges for defects are not accepted). ★ Please ensure you confirm your chosen image and size before placing an order. Size issues for customized products cannot be a reason for return or exchange.
