Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes; slippers/bags/accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection, and minor collisions or indentations during logistics delivery are unavoidable. The packaging material itself cannot be returned or exchanged. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in skin texture or seasonal patterns and color tones (unlike synthetic leather, they cannot be manufactured with uniform color and texture). Wrinkles or color variations are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings; the actual product's color is definitive. Handmade sizes may have international standard allowable errors and unavoidable measurement variations of 1-3 cm. 10. All co-branded products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with authorization labels or official logos) must not be counterfeited. 【Return & Exchange Notice】 1.
