Clouds, fogs, sunrises and mountains are the classical images of Alishan. These are ideas we designed for this coffee blend.
We take Alishan Ching Ye coffee as the main tone of this blend, and mix it with other similar coffee. By the nordic-style roast, which is light and could taste the smooth from it, you will find the delicious Alishan terroir in cup.
How Could I Brew A Delicious ISA Coffee at Home

Pour-over
Grind 15g coffee and pour 90℃ fresh water for 240g into it.
Drip Coffee
Tear out the fabric bag along the cutting line. Leave it properly on your mug with the paper hand fixed on the rim. Then pour the 90℃ water into the ground coffee for approximately 150 to 180g.
Aeropress
Dose 20g ground coffee into the lower part of Aeropress. Fill it with 85℃ water and agitate it gently. Then seal it with the black lid. Switch it and press it on your mug. Press it slowly for 30 seconds.
Batch Brewer
Dose 40g ground coffee and fill 700g water. Brew it!
