To ensure the highest quality experience for every participant and to facilitate timely material preparation, your confirmed reservation signifies your agreement to the following terms:
【Cancellations and Refunds】
As this workshop involves the advance preparation of custom materials (such as wooden and metal components, and specific yarn colors), cancellations and refunds are not permitted once your workshop reservation is confirmed.
【Rescheduling and Postponement Policy】
Notice More Than One Week in Advance: If you need to change your date due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact our design studio at least 7 days prior to your selected workshop date.
One Complimentary Reschedule: For those needing to reschedule within one week (7 days) of the experience date, we offer one complimentary postponement. You may reschedule to another available session within 2 months from the original course date.
Failure to Reschedule is Forfeiture: If you do not arrange your rescheduled session within 2 months, or if you are unable to attend even after one complimentary postponement, your original order will be considered forfeited and will require a new booking.
【Late Arrivals and Same-Day Cancellations】
Same-day cancellations or arrivals exceeding 30 minutes past the scheduled start time will impact subsequent sessions and the experience of other participants. These instances will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and no refund or rescheduling will be possible. A new booking will be required.
【Thoughtful Continuation Service】
To help everyone successfully complete their projects, our studio allocates an additional 30-minute buffer time for finishing touches. If you are unable to complete your work on the day due to your pace, you may arrange a separate time to return to the studio for "continuation" with the instructor, at no additional charge.
