✧ Product Dimensions: 8*10cm (±1cm) ✧ Shipping Time: 7-14 days ✧ After completing your order, please contact the official LINE account of 'HAKUDAN 白点' (@934zljmm) and send a screenshot of your order confirmation. ✧ Once contacted, we will confirm the glass color options with you on the same day. There are 145 glass colors to choose from. You can select 4 different colors for your piece after placing your order. Please pay close attention to messages to avoid missing important information. If no reply is received, the studio will select the colors for you. ❈ Important Notes: ▹ Each piece is handmade, making the colors and patterns unique. The intensity of light will also affect the depth of color, so there may be slight variations between the photos and the actual product. ▹ Minor scratches or bubbles may occur during the glass production process. The solder lines may have slight imperfections as they are handmade. ▹ Please avoid using rough cleaning materials such as steel wool, as this may scratch the surface of the solder. ▹ Do not use for food. Even 99% pure solder is not food-grade tin. ❈ Care Instructions: ▹ The solder surface will form an oxide layer over time due to prolonged exposure to air. Simply wipe gently with a dry cotton cloth for daily care. ▹ For advanced care, you can apply a thin layer of carnauba wax (soft wax) to the surface, let it dry, and then polish with a dry cotton cloth. ❈ Friendly Reminder: ▹ If you hear any unusual sounds upon receiving the item, please record a video during unboxing to protect your rights. We will promptly send you a replacement. If you do not notify us on the same day, shipping compensation may not be possible. ▹ We do not offer returns or exchanges after purchase. Please proceed with your order only if you accept the conditions outlined in the 'Important Notes'. ▹ Charms (bells, tags, etc.) require an additional purchase and are not included with the artwork.
