The warmth of hands alone can cause it to melt. Each cut depends on the right angle, speed, and pressure— too fast and it breaks, too slow and it sticks. Every shard is carefully coaxed into shape. The ingredients are simple, but the intention behind this cake is full. 🔸This is not a Black Forest cake. This is the purest chocolate flavor I wanted to give him. And the small golden crown placed on top is not for decoration.
