This RED TORNADO reproduction is based on a classic cruiser waxed jacket. In the 1920s, this jacket was designed for forest rangers and others working in the cold, damp climate of the Pacific Northwest. The waxed canvas material protected them from thorns and abrasion, while also offering water-repellency, making it both practical and warm. Later, Cole Hauser, who plays Rip Wheeler in Yellowstone, was frequently seen wearing this very piece in the show, cementing its status as a truly iconic item. This jacket is made from 14oz heavy-duty canvas, with a weight close to the original, offering density without being overly heavy. The fabric's characteristic tight weave provides excellent durability. The outer layer is treated with a scratch-free wax finish, recreated by our team, offering water-repellent properties suitable for light rain. The interior is lined with 6oz cotton canvas. Custom-made, thickened buttons are used for the hardware. The waist features adjustable buckles, allowing for personalization to your preference. The pockets are generously sized, with a buttoned pocket on the left chest and a slot on the right designed for holding stationery or tools.
