Hello, we are the "Chen Chou Grandma Social Welfare Foundation." This book is created in memory of philanthropist Chen Chou (1931-2022). Ms. Chen Chou was a local philanthropist and educator in the Puli area of Nantou. She dedicated her life to social welfare services, from early on providing medical aid and relief to the needy, through the post-921 earthquake reconstruction, supporting the elderly, helping the vulnerable, and assisting with education. She was particularly known for her care and concern for disadvantaged children and adolescents.
