Since there is no additional charge for furry babies, please be sure to abide by the following precautions:
1. Bring your own buoyancy suit and leash for your fur baby
2. You must cut your furry child’s nails before traveling to avoid scratching the equipment.
3. The furry child should have swimming experience as much as possible, and may not be afraid of water/not able to scratch (may fall into the water)

⚠️Activity refund instructions⚠️
A. Consumer cancellation method
1. If you cancel the trip 14 days before the event (excluding the departure date), you can get a full refund.
2. If you cancel the trip 7 days before the event (excluding departure day), 70% of the trip will be refunded.
3. If you cancel the trip 5 days before the event (excluding the departure day), you will get a 50% refund.
4. If you cancel the trip 2 days before the event (excluding departure day), no refund will be given.
B. Cancellation method for event parties
1. If the event party takes the initiative to cancel the event, a full refund will be issued (without deducting the handling fee).
2. If the event is canceled due to force majeure factors such as weather or national policies before the event, the remaining balance will be refunded after deducting a handling fee of NT$100 (per person).
3. If the event is canceled due to force majeure such as weather after arriving at the event site, the remaining balance will be refunded after deducting a handling fee of NT$100 (per person).

Notes on photos/videos
During all activities, we will take photos/videos to record and provide them to participants as souvenirs.
For official announcements, we will "randomly" select photos/videos from time to time and upload them to fan pages/Instagram...and other social media.
Therefore, it is "possible" that beautiful photos/captivating videos of you participating in the event will appear on social media.
