Important Notes: 1. To prevent cement dust from flaking, the exterior of the product is coated with a transparent sealant. Due to the porous nature of cement and the structure of paint molecules, complete waterproofing cannot be guaranteed. 2. Cement is a fragile material; please handle with care. Dropping or impact may cause the product to break. 3. Items are made to order upon receipt of your order. Cement requires time to dry, followed by drying time for the sealant. Your patience is greatly appreciated. (Drying times can also be affected by weather.) 4. The finish is hand-applied, so each item will have slight variations. 5. Each piece is handcrafted, ensuring its unique appearance. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before purchasing. The final appearance may differ slightly from the photos due to the unique nature of cement casting. 6. It is not always possible to completely eliminate air bubbles during the pouring process. The presence of bubbles after setting is normal. (In fact, bubbles can enhance the aesthetic appeal of cement.) 7. During the curing process, slight settling may occur on the poured surface as moisture evaporates. Therefore, the poured surface may not be as smooth or flat as the mold surface. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before purchasing. (The poured surface is typically positioned on the bottom, a smaller area, or a less detailed part of the product.) 8. To protect surfaces and prevent slipping, anti-slip pads are generally added to the bottom of the product. (Not applicable to all items.) 9. The logo on some items is carved from precious Taiwanese cypress wood and can be customized with your desired text. 10. For items such as incense holders or ashtrays, residual marks or oil stains from incense are normal after use. Please exercise caution with fire. 11. For custom orders, as no mold fees are charged separately, we reserve the right to resell the item. 12. The dimensions provided are for reference; slight variations are to be expected with handmade items. 13. A small quantity of some items is kept in stock.
