Vintage German Peter Dienes (PeDe) burr mill coffee grinder from mid last century.
Peter Dienes founded his PeDe company in Remscheid, Germany in 1869, and it was taken over by his sons after his death in 1899. PeDe closed its doors in 1962.
This piece has a wooden housing and grinds bin with a copper hopper and iron crank with wooden handle.This piece is in fair condition with signs of aging and usage that are representative of its age. There is also heavy oxidation on the grinding mechanism on the inside.
