3. Lecturers and trainees are required to wear masks throughout the process. If there is no wearing studio, masks will be provided.
4. Strengthen window convection to ensure air circulation in the classroom.
5. The seating arrangement is to use fellow students at the same table to reduce the chance of unfamiliar group gathering; as far as possible, arrange the seat spacing to increase.
6. Use alcohol/hypochlorous acid water before and after the activity to strengthen the disinfection of frequent contact points such as doorknobs and handwashing stations and desktops.
7. If it is inconvenient to attend the event due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic, please apply for a refund one working day before the event (excluding the day of the event) to receive a full refund.

- The class starts when there are 4 people in each event, and the class is full of 6 people. If the number of registrations for the event does not reach 4 three days before the event start date, Yifan Design has the right to cancel the event and notify you to change the event or Refund.
- Since we have to prepare materials 3 days before the event, cancellations three days before the event will not accept refunds.
-Participation is limited to registrants, and non-registrants are not allowed to accompany and participate in the venue.
-Admission is open 15 minutes before the activity. In order to make the experience activities go smoothly, please be careful not to be late.
-Consumers should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site lecturers. If there is any violation and damage is caused, the consumer should be responsible for it.
-If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Yifan Design will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund.

In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for activity records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes.
