**【Time】**
2.5-3 hours, varies slightly depending on individual speed. It's recommended to allow an extra 0.5 hours after the class, and avoid scheduling urgent matters.
**【Parent-Child Friendly】**
Children aged 10 and above are welcome to register (please note when ordering).
Due to limited seating, parents cannot audit or accompany. If you wish to audit or accompany, please register together.

**By completing the registration and payment process, you confirm and agree to the following terms.**
**►Respect Originality: Course materials and finished products are for personal learning and self-use only. Please do not use them for commercial purposes!**
*You may take photos for personal record during the class, but **no video recording is allowed**.
*Due to limited seating, **please do not bring companions**.
►Cancellation and Refunds
*If you cancel your registration **15 days prior** to the class, a **full refund** will be issued.
*If you cancel your registration **10-14 days prior** to the class, a **70% refund** will be issued.
*If you cancel **7-10 days prior** to the class, a **30% refund** will be issued.
*If you cancel **within 7 days** of the class, **no refund will be given, nor can the date be changed**. VIVI will complete the item for you and ship it free of charge. You will still receive your unique, custom-colored handmade woven piece.
►Notes
*Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. To protect the rights of registered participants, spots are secured only upon confirmation of payment and reconciliation.
*Please complete payment as soon as possible after placing your order. **Orders will be automatically cancelled without notice if payment is not completed by 6:00 PM, 2 days before the class.** Ex: If you wish to attend on 4/5, payment must be completed by 6:00 PM on 4/3.
*If the minimum number of participants (6 people) is not met three days before the scheduled start date, the design studio reserves the right to cancel the event or adjust the venue, and will notify students to **reschedule, change venue, or receive a refund**.
*To ensure the smooth running of the experience, **late arrivals of 30 minutes or more will not be admitted and will not be eligible for a refund**. VIVI will complete the item for you and ship it free of charge. You will still receive your unique, custom-colored handmade woven piece.
*As everyone's comprehension and hand speed differ, it is recommended to **allow an extra 0.5 hours after the class and avoid scheduling urgent matters**.
►Other
*In case of natural disasters or force majeure events that lead to class cancellation, the design studio will proactively contact you for a full refund or rescheduling. In the event of a typhoon, the cancellation standards announced by the activity's location will be used as the standard for class commencement and refunds, regardless of the participant's location.
*Photos and videos may be taken during the class, and your likeness may be used in event records or other promotional materials for recruitment. **If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before the class**, and we will make special arrangements.
*Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations.
*If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the design studio, **no refund will be issued**.
*In case of material shortages, **we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal value or adjust colors**.
*Materials may have color variations due to **different production batches, lighting during photography, and computer monitor differences**.
*To protect the environment, **please bring your own reusable bag**.
**►The organizer reserves the right to adjust event details and has the final say on all matters related to this event.**
