As we do not use electroplating or coatings, slight scratches, pinholes, or sand holes may appear on the surface; these are normal and unavoidable results of this safe process and do not constitute a defect. - The LOGO is created using high-temperature laser energy, causing natural color changes on the titanium surface rather than using coatings or printing. It is safe, durable, and aesthetic. Additional Notes: - Marks generated by high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with frequent use. - Sand holes and minor scratches are unavoidable during production. - Residual water marks or stains after cleaning are natural characteristics of pure titanium and are normal. 【Cleaning and Characteristics】 1. Before the first use, please wash several times with a mild neutral detergent. You may also wipe it multiple times with a paper towel dampened with cooking oil to easily remove any residual grey titanium powder from the manufacturing process, then wash with a neutral detergent. Since we use cooking oil for stamping and do not use acid pickling, some residual grey titanium powder is unavoidable; however, our safe, non-toxic pure titanium manufacturing process allows for worry-free cleaning. 2. In case of burnt food or grime, use the abrasive side of a sponge or a soft steel brush to gently scrub. 3. If the colored surface is scrubbed or reveals the original titanium color, please rest assured. As it is not a coating, the pure titanium remains safe, non-toxic, and free of harmful heavy metals; it is safe to scrub. 4. Do not soak in reducing acid-based cleaners (such as stain remover powder or hydrogen peroxide) or sodium percarbonate, as these will remove the titanium's color and luster, which cannot be restored. 【Characteristics】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and stress release. Items such as lunch boxes, food containers, or square pots may show food stains or large blue-purple patches after initial cooking, or brown patches after washing even if unheated. These are not rust (pure titanium does not rust); they are either natural metal characteristics or changes from our pre-firing process. They do not affect safety and will fade or disappear over time with normal use. 2. Square-shaped items are more prone to stress release, leading to more intense color changes and a higher likelihood of brown patches. 3. Exposure to temperatures above 250°C in ovens or direct flames from a gas stove may cause blue-purple color changes. The color will not disappear, but it does not affect safe usage. 4. Large, flat surfaces are more susceptible to deformation when exposed to direct gas flames. 5. Pure titanium tends to retain water stains, a natural characteristic of the metal. If this is a concern, please dry immediately after washing to avoid water spots affecting the appearance. 【Appliances】 **Single-walled titanium tableware is suitable for heating; double-walled is not.** Dish Dryer: Suitable. If residual oils like olive oil are not washed off, blue-purple powder may appear during drying; this is dried oil and will not reappear once cleaned. Dishwasher: Suitable. Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave more water stains, but this does not affect safety. Gas Stove: Direct flame is allowed; do not heat while empty; use low to medium heat.
