We will wrap it with a red leather tag and a paper bag tied with a "FOR YOU" ribbon. ◾️ Color Transfer This is natural leather that does not use color-fixing chemicals. Please be especially careful of color transfer when you first start using it. Please avoid wearing white clothing initially. ◾️ Scars and Vein Marks Scars and vein marks that the animal had during its life are left on the surface and back as they are. Because it is natural leather made to look like leather intentionally, each piece has its own expression, making it a one-of-a-kind item. ◾️ Color Variation Leather finished only with dyes without using pigments is difficult to color-adjust, so color variation inevitably occurs. There are variations even within the same color of leather. This results in a leather-like atmosphere unique to natural leather because of the dye finish. ◾️ Texture and Grain Variation "Shibo" refers to the wrinkle patterns on the surface of the leather. Even within a single sheet of leather, there are places with many wrinkle patterns and places with few, depending on the location. These differences are the charm of natural leather. ◾️ Proof of Italian Leather: Numbers Indicating Leather Size The numbers on the back are proof of Italian leather. Printed once on a single sheet of leather, these numbers indicate the size of the hide. The characters have an atmospheric quality and are printed on high-quality parts, so we use them as is. Therefore, they may rarely appear in the product. Personally, I prefer products that include these numbers. ◾️ Water Stains The leather absorbs water, which may cause stains. If it gets wet, wiping it off as soon as possible can prevent stains. Applying Renapur Leather Treatment can provide a water-repellent effect. ◾️ "Tiger" Stripes (Tra) This refers to the streak-like patterns or wrinkles that appear in parts where there was significant expansion and contraction due to movement. It is one of the special expressions that always exist in natural leather. It is definitely not a source of cracks or fissures. ◾️ Luxurious All-Leather Construction Without Lining General leather products often bond thinly processed leather with core material for strength and have a lining on the inside. However, unlike leather, the lining often deteriorates first during use, becoming sticky or crumbling. To allow you to use it for a longer time, we do not use a lining but tailor it using only the thickness and strength of solid leather. ◾️ Maintenance The Italian leather used by LADIES&GENTLEMEN shows a glossier and deeper aging process if you maintain it with oil. Please apply oil to the bag about once every 3 months to half a year. We recommend Renapur, which is available in our online store. Renapur is a leather treatment with moisturizing, polishing, and water-repellent effects. Since small leather goods are touched often, they will change to a glossy color even without application. ◾️ Returns and Exchanges Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
