Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique natural markings and imperfections from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, and veins. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches incurred during processing, shipping, or crafting are also considered normal as long as the leather surface is not broken. Respecting life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) avoid all such marks, except for large, significant scars. Please consider this carefully if you are sensitive to such characteristics. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying stock or storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. This product is **custom-made to order**. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "engraved text and font," in your order notes. If no notes are provided upon ordering, you agree to allow the designer to choose the stitching color and leave the "engraved text" area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-engraved). Therefore, unless there is a manufacturing error, our "customized products" are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as items being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor quality, or not meeting expectations).
