． Courses are by appointment only. Please indicate in the remarks column of the order: If you want to make an appointment, customer service will contact you to confirm the date and time.
． After payment is made, Pinkoi will provide a proof of ticket purchase letter and will not send physical tickets. Please present your registration success notification letter or order before entering on the day.
． The materials in the handmade experience course are all for one person to use and cannot be shared by two people.
． If the cancellation is notified due to personal factors of the consumer, a 30% handling fee will be charged.
． If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
． Date changes can be made up to 3 days before departure date. However, the change can only be made once. If there is a price difference after the change, the excess cost will be refunded and the shortfall will be compensated.
． If the event is rescheduled, a 30% handling fee will be charged.
． Only those aged 12 and above can register for this event.
