They have a high oil content and, when gently heated with a candle via a burner, the essential oils release their fragrance slowly, lingering in the space for a longer duration. As the wax melts do not come into direct contact with flame, not only can the essential oil concentration in each melt be increased for stable and long-lasting scent, but it also allows for a better appreciation of the aromatic layers of the botanicals. With single botanical essential oil wax melts, you can distinctly feel the energy and aromatic characteristics of essential oils from different origins.
