As each piece is entirely handcrafted, slight variations in texture are present, lending a unique handmade feel to every cottage. Available in two colors and four styles. *The dimensions in the photos are approximate. As each piece has a unique shape, they are all roughly this size. This ceramic cottage is meticulously crafted from clay, then fired twice: first at 800 degrees Celsius (bisque firing) and again at 1230 degrees Celsius (glaze firing). Finally, it undergoes a third firing in the kiln at 700 degrees Celsius for a delicate application of gold luster. This micro-diffuser cottage is left unglazed to effectively absorb and hold aromatic liquids. Due to its small size, both the creation process and the application of the glaze are intricate, requiring careful outlining of the golden details with a fine brush. *Chain: 14K gold-filled (not pure gold, excellent color retention).
