We recommend gently wiping with a dry cloth or clean water before the first use. - Daily Cleaning: After practice, use a clean, damp cloth with water to wipe away sweat and oils along the surface. - Storage: After cleaning, place in a cool, ventilated area to air dry completely before storing. Ensure the product is fully dry. 【Precautions】 - The hardness of this product is measured using a Shore C instrument. A higher number indicates greater hardness; 40D is the softest, and 70D is the hardest. - Clean with a soft cloth. Avoid forceful scrubbing or rough brushes to prevent surface scratches. - The marbled/wood grain styles are made with integral molding foam, making each pattern unique. - Do not expose to direct sunlight or high-temperature environments, as this may accelerate material aging, cause deformation, or damage. - Do not use strong acidic or alkaline cleaning agents, or machine wash. - Due to the foaming process and production batch variations, minor air bubbles, indentations, or slight color differences may occur. These are normal phenomena, not defects, and do not affect normal use. - A slight odor may be noticeable upon opening the new product. Placing it in a cool, ventilated area will allow the smell to dissipate naturally. - While every effort has been made to accurately represent product colors, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences. Please refer to the actual product. - All items are inspected before shipment. Any indentations that occur during transit will typically resolve within approximately 3 days of resting. 【Shipping and Delivery Process】 I. Taiwan Region - In-stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days and delivered by Hsinchu Logistics or Black Cat courier. - Delivery is expected within 1-3 business days after shipment, Monday to Saturday (no deliveries on Sundays). - For remote or difficult-to-access locations, items will be sent via post. - Please be mindful of delivery times and note that drivers may call to confirm.
