The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. For ready-to-ship items, dispatch occurs within 1-3 days. Made-to-order items require a waiting period. Items processed through our factory generally take longer. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and services such as engraving.
