Currently residing in Taiwan, she diligently carves and creates stamps in a charming old apartment in Taipei. Formerly a magazine and book editor in the publishing industry, she now focuses full-time on stamp design. She releases handmade art stamps each season and has published collections no. 1-8, featuring over 100 stamps in total. Her published books include "A Handcraft Life of 12 Hours a Week," "Rubber Stamps, Open the Door!", and "12 Lessons for Beginner Rubber Stamp Carving: Next Stamp Class." Primarily using erasers as her carving material, each stamp is meticulously crafted with deliberate strokes. Her stamp designs often blend everyday observations, travel scenes and encounters, and things she genuinely loves (such as text, flowers, geometric shapes, nature, architecture, etc.). She then constructs her stamp imagery through deconstruction and combination, layering multiple lines and planes, incorporating minimalist primary and secondary lines, foreign text, and symbols she uses for notation. She enjoys pairing stamps and colors, creating unique and collaborative designs with various sizes of stamps, and exploring repetition. Many of her graphic designs are also derived from snippets of her stamps, extended through printing and arrangement into items like postcards and washi tapes.
